ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strong client partnerships and identify high-calibre professionals across specialist engineering and infrastructure markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter looking to build a successful desk with genuine progression opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full recruitment process from client brief through to successful placement.

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

• Source, interview and qualify candidates across specialist sectors.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.

• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.

• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.

• Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.

  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience within recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Experience recruiting within engineering, construction or infrastructure is desirable but not essential.
